This is a leading mainstream (not tech or blockchain specific) honor that recognizes investment banking, private equity/venture capital, and tech teams, among other industries.
Oscar Franklin Tan (Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Atlas Development Services) is also a finalist for In-House Lawyer of the Year (Technology), and Isabel Guidote-Pangalangan (General Counsel, Atlas Development Services) is a finalist for Woman Lawyer of the Year (In-House).

The recent ALB awards nomination follows the legal team’s strong momentum from their addition to the Legal 500 GC Powerlist last October 2023. The GC Powerlist is the world’s most prestigious recognition for company lawyers.

Oscar previously advised Enjin since 2018 while in a leading international law firm. The team was inducted in to the Legal 500 GC Powerlist in October 2023.
He has been recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s leading venture capital and fintech lawyers by Chambers and Partners. He was also recognized as a 2017 JCI International “Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World” joining Asia awardees such as Jacky Chan, Michelle Yeoh and Queen Rania of Jordan.
He holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Philippines, and a double-major in Management Engineering and Economics (Honors) from the Ateneo de Manila University. He is qualified in New York.
Ish previously worked in a leading corporate law firm and as a Chief of Staff in the Philippine Competition Commission. Ish won won “Young Lawyer of the Year” and “Fintech Lawyer of the Year” in Asia Legal Business Philippine Law Awards 2022.
She holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, a Master’s in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College London, a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines, and a Bachelors of Communications Technology Management from the Ateneo de Manila University.
She is qualified in New York and England and Wales and is previously a performance level ballerina.
Nadaine previously worked in a leading corporate law firm and Ernst & Young audit. She was a finalist for “In-House Lawyer of the Year”, “Young Lawyer of the Year” and “Woman Lawyer of the Year” in the Asia Legal Business Philippine Law Awards 2023.
She is currently the youngest tax faculty member of the University of the Philippines College of Law, and ranked 6th in the 2018 Philippine national bar exams and was featured in primetime TV and front pages of newspapers. She holds a Juris Doctor and a double-major in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines.
